OUR TEAM

Composed of the two previous trinomials of President/Vice-President/Treasurer and the current trinomial, the Board is the senior decision-making body of the JE. Its responsibilities are multiple: it represents LSM Conseil in all legal acts (filing of the articles of association, approval of the accounts, etc.), chooses its successors, delegates the recruitment of Managers, controls the management of the accounts, presents the future budget and approves the annual strategy as well as any modification of the articles.

Composed of professors from the UCLouvain, representatives of our partners and the last two presidents, the Advisory Board is an advisory committee (without decision-making power) whose mission is to advise LSM Conseil on its strategy and long-term vision. It meets once a year and its recommendations are considered at the next Board of Directors meeting.
